The Association’s ANNUAL DECEMBER DINNER AND MEETINGS will be held on December 9-10, 2025, in New Orleans. The theme for this year is “Christmas in the Crescent City”.

RECEPTION, DINNER AND DANCING will be on the evening of Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at The Cannery, located at 3803 Toulouse Street. The Reception will begin at 6:00 p.m., followed by Dinner. Transportation will be provided. Attire is dressy or business casual.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms has been arranged at the Intercontinental New Orleans, 444 St. Charles Avenue. Room rate is $179 per night for single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes and fees. An additional cost of $30 per person, per room, per night would apply for triple or quad occupancy, plus applicable taxes and fees. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. The Convention Rate will be honored three (3) days before/after the official meeting dates, based on availability of the hotel at the time the reservation is made. The Hotel requires a first night deposit or guarantee on all reservations.  Deadline to make room reservations at the Group Rate is 5:00 p.m. on November 14, 2025. PAST ASSOCIATION PRESIDENTS ONLY DINNER
Invitations are extended to attend a Dinner in honor of Association Past Presidents. This event will be held at Luke New Orleans, located at 333 St. Charles Avenue, at 6:00 p.m., on the evening of Monday, December 8, 2025. The cost to attend is $85 per person.  CLICK HERE to register. Please register by or before November 14, 2025. Spouses/guests of Past Presidents are also invited to attend.

JUDE CHILDREN’S RESEARCH HOSPITAL
As in the past, donations toward the Toy Drive benefiting the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will be collected. For your convenience, you may donate online by using the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital Donation Form. Monetary donations or gift cards will also be collected during the Tuesday night Dinner and the Wednesday morning Meetings.
