The Association’s ANNUAL DECEMBER DINNER AND MEETINGS will be held on December 8-9, 2026, at the Hotel Monroe Tapestry Collection by Hilton, located at 120 Walnut Street, in Monroe.

 PAST ASSOCIATION PRESIDENTS ONLY DINNER
Invitations will be extended to attend a Dinner in honor of Association Past Presidents. This event will be held on the evening of December 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at Lotus Club, 130 Desiard Street, Monroe.

 RECEPTION, DINNER AND DANCING will be on the evening of Tuesday, December 8, 2026, in the Ballroom of the Hotel Monroe Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The Reception will begin at 6:00 p.m., followed by Dinner. The Dinner Menu is HERE. We will enjoy live entertainment by Robert Wright. Cost to attend is $125 per person. A block of rooms has been arranged as follows:

• HOTEL MONROE TAPESTRY COLLECTION BY HILTON. This is the host hotel with limited number of rooms, located at 120 Walnut Street. Room rate is $249 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Deadline to make room reservations at the Group Rate is November 6, 2026. Code for online booking to receive the Group Rate is “LAA” and is based on availability. Confirmation of rooms after the Cut-Off Date will only be accepted based on availability and at prevailing rates. Rooms cancelled for any reason after the hotel’s cancellation period (48 hours prior to arrival) noted above will incur an individual cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable tax.  MEETINGS
All meetings will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2026, at the Hotel Monroe Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The schedule for the Meetings is at the bottom of this page.

JUDE CHILDREN’S RESEARCH HOSPITAL
As in the past, donations toward the Toy Drive benefiting the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will be collected. For your convenience, you may donate online by using the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital Donation Form. Monetary donations or gift cards will also be collected during the Tuesday night Dinner and the Wednesday morning Meetings.
